UPSVO stores your email, consent wording and signup time to manage launch and recruitment communications. Authorized website staff can access the list. Signing up does not create a pilot account.
We use short-lived submission counters and a hidden form field to reduce abuse. Your email is not published. Email delivery and signup storage are separate; a saved signup does not prove that an email arrived.
To withdraw consent or request removal, contact hr@upsvo.com. We retain the signup while needed for this purpose or until you request removal, subject to necessary security records.
